How to Manage Email Preferences
Now you can manage all your email preferences in one place: within the emails you receive from Raxco!
Please Note: In order to manage your email preferences, you must go back to the email you received from Raxco in order to finish these tasks. If you do not have an email from Raxco with the email preferences and unsubscribe links at the bottom of the email, please contact support to permanently unsubscribe or change your email address.
If you do not want to permanently unsubscribe, and you would like to change the types of emails you receive from Raxco, please follow the instructions under "How do I change the types of emails I receive from Raxco?" below.

You can easily change your email address by clicking the email preferences link at the bottom of our emails. It can look like this:

Clicking one of those links will take you to a page that looks like this:
Your email address will appear next to the circled "edit" link in the screenshot above. Just click the edit link to change your email address and then scroll down to click the Update email preferences button to save your changes.
How do I change the types of emails I receive from Raxco?
At the bottom of our emails, you will see which type of message you are receiving from Raxco. In the example below, the email is coming from the OptimizedITNews business customer newsletter.
You can easily change your email preferences by clicking the email preferences link at the bottom of our emails. It can look like this:

Everyone enters our system with all options checked to be "on." For the most accurate and up-to-date product information, leave all options checked "on," specifically for these types of emails:
- Free Evaluation Info: You will not receive these types of emails unless you download a free trial of one of our products. Leave this option checked "on" in order to receive helpful getting started information during your free trial. Warning: If you uncheck this option, you will never receive helpful getting started information for any of our products you download now or in the future.
- HealthyPCNews: All home product customers receive this newsletter email. Warning: If you uncheck this option, you will never receive coupons, new product announcements, tips, blog posts or product promotions again.
- OptimizedITNews: Only business product customers receive this newsletter email.Warning: If you uncheck this option, you will never receive coupons, new product announcements, tips, blog posts or product promotions again.
- Whitepapers & Case Studies: You will not receive these types of emails unless you download a whitepaper or case study. Warning: If you uncheck this option, you will never receive emails with the whitepaper or case study information you request now or in the future.
- Update Notices: Only customers using products with available updates will receive these notices. Leave this option checked to receive product update notices for the product licenses you own. Warning: If you uncheck this option, you will never receive product update notices for your licensed products now or in the future.
- Renewal Notices: Only customers with active subscriptions (for product Support and Upgrade Protection or for subscription products) will receive these notices. Leave this option checked to receive expiration notices for the product subscriptions you own.Warning: If you uncheck this option, you will never receive expiration notices for your product subscriptions now or in the future.
- Purchase Information: DO NOT UNCHECK THIS BOX. You will only receive this type of email if we need additional information from you in order to provide a license key for a product you have already paid for.
- Shopping Cart: Reminders and private coupons for Raxco Software products.
Select your email preferences and then scroll down to click the Update email preferences button to save your changes.
How do I unsubscribe from all emails?
Warning: This cannot be undone.
You can easily unsubscribe from all Raxco emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. It can look like this:

Check the Unsubscribe me from all mailing lists option and you will be removed from all Raxco mailings now and in the future.
Click the Update email preferences button to save your changes. Warning: This cannot be undone.
